Ulan Bator:

When the temperature plummets to -30[degrees]C, the warmest place in Ulan Bator is the sewer. For the nearly 4,000 homeless children in Mongolia's capital, it is a stark choice: go underground or die. Kids crawl beneath the manhole covers to sleep, cook, play and try to make from this bleak netherworld a replacement for the homes they have escaped.

Great place for a camera show! :)

Isn't Ulan Bator two parsecs past the forseeable future?
