Av button next to the Shutter. Hold it down and rotate the wheel. Pretty much standard on the various single-wheel cameras now (Nikon and Canon do the same thing on their current single-wheel cameras)

Huh? Full control of both body and lens will be possible, and you'll be able to use all the DS' capabilities. Why would that be unsatisfactory??
