A classic way that a dishonest eBayer will drive up the price on an item
is to use separate email accounts that have separate eBay accounts (using
separate eBay IDs of course, registered to separate home addresses) in
order to bid up the price, hoping the genuine bidder(s) will respond. If
they don't, that's when you get the emails illustrated here.
