Strange. I thought I was praising the US for giving a nice example of
constitution and government system to several european countries which
freed from imperial systems after the First World War? What do you
consider "dumping the baggage" of past in that?

Anyway, I am quite content with dumping the baggage of past of "my"
country on it, and there is also plenty of it.

Any connections to past I made in the posts were to illustrate a
point I was making.

Also, I don't consider that an attack on the country's people.
