I believe one of Mr. Chong's usual claims is that much more than 6MP with a DA lens is pointless anyway, due to the resolution of the lens itself,
I don't know if this is correct, but I think of a higher resolution sensor in much the same was as a finer grained film.
Not necessarily at the camera end, but at the enlargability end. I could be wrong though.William Robb
