Yum, I love sashimi but I bet that's an acquired taste :-P

The pan-cake looks OK, what's in it, not more aged fish?

I saw a program a while back where some culture close to the arctic circle had 
a customary delicacy of rancid shark flesh eaten RAW, that looked appealing 
too, not.
