Seriously, thanks for the nice comments.

I have PLENTY of the first issue left. I printed far more than I needed so I
could use it for promotion. BTW, the first issue is free to anybody who
subscribed.

However, I must confess to a most stupid error. I managed to send ALL the
foreign addresses out with only U.S. postage on them. This, was, er, not
what I meant to do. I expected to get them pack promptly, but they haven't
shown up. In case any of them arrive "postage due," PLEASE accept my
apologies. It won't happen again! (I hope.)

I'm new at this.
