I have to concur with almost all of what Godfrey reported.  The only part
that sort of "surprised" me a little was the reported " *perfect* " fit to
the eyepiece.  I had one of these OM critters once and its fit seemed just
a little tight, or just a little "snug" to the eyepiece.  However, that was
way back when I was trying it out on LX's and Super A's.  It was fully
usable, as Godfrey has described (the mirror image is not a big deal, as he
has mentioned, although the correct image of the Refconverter-M, etc. is
still nicer), but it seemed to take just slightly more force to mount the
Varimagni to the Pentax M-sized eyepiece.  Of course, the *ist* eyepieces
could be ~very~ slightly different from the film M-sized Pentaxes, but they
can't be all that different, since they still work well with M-sized
eyepiece accessories.  However, the Varimagni is definitely an option for
the Pentaxer...
