Very different from E6. I think the only place you can get Kodachrome developed in the U.S. is at Kodak in Rochester.
Kodak privatized the process many years ago. Canadian Kodachrome now goes to a K-Lab in Kansas, I believe. I still have a dozen rolls of the stuff, I must get my butt in gear and shoot it.
