I suppose it depends on what you're photographing. The last time I photographed there I used ISO 100 film, and got good results, but I didn't photograph the kelp forest or the jellyfish exhibit, or the tanks in the darker areas. For those you may need a faster film depending on the speed of your lenses.
For slides I like various Ektachromes, Provia, Sensia ... but I'm not a big slide shooter. When are you going? I'm planning a trip down that way soon, but the date's open.
