I agree. Unfortunately our nearest Apple Retail Store is in London - a
three hour trip from hell. I purchased from Apple online, and I followed
the prescribed procedure for repair / replacement. Given a reasonable
choice, I would rather deal with a person. Which makes me think that
next time I may buy from a physical store.....
