Dynamic ;-) Seriously. You have turned a static scene into something dynamic. At first glance I saw that as a contradiction. After a moment of reflection I realised it opens for a lot of interpretations. May I suggest a new title, "City life"? Kind of cliché, but thats what I see underneath the surface.
