When I was in Prague, I needed to find a lab to process my film before I returned home, since I was shooting ISO 800 and had to go through Heathrow both ways, where there's no way in hell they'll hand-check anything you filthy foreigner. Thanks to the PDML, I had the names of a half-dozen places that were considered good for 120 C-41 processing. One was right next to the place we were staying, so I went there near the end of the day and saw them cleaning the racks of the processor with a toothbrush, really meticulously, right out to the edge of the rollers.
Nice to see. When i ran Fuji machines, that type of maintenance was possible. If you want to give a Noritsu rack that kind of TLC, you have to dissasssemble the rack. The taking apart isn't to bad, but if you don't get them back together just right, they eat the leader cards.
