Let's not overlook Real World Camera Raw for Photoshop CS ... still
available from many sources and ideal for those who may not have upgraded
to CS2

I agree that the book (at least in CS form) is not difficult, and, like
Godders says, learning a few simple things about raw and the workflow can
really save time and effort.
