I don't have any experience with the 67 but I do have the 645 and
size/weight/portability was the deciding factor for me. I like to hike to
inaccessible locations with my gear and with the 645 I can put the camera body
and three lenses in my Lowepro backpack and still have room for a decent 35mm
kit as well.

I do use a tripod for virtually everything when I'm shooting with the 645,
though. I can't imagine using the 67 without a tripod, especially as mirror
lock-up is considered mandatory for every shot from what I hear.

If size/weight isn't a factor, go with the 67. If it is, get a 645 or 645n.
