Set this up with the sun hitting the blossom and a black valuer background cloth draped over a chair back. The lens, of course, protected by being shaded from the sun. DOF vs image size always an issue on macros. OK, so I atomized it a squirt. ;-) MZ-S (manual), A*100 f/2.8 mac., Provia 100F, tripod, 2 sec mirror up delay, remote switch.
