I hope so but I still don't know how this could be achieved technically, the CCD appears to be the same off-the shelf unit as used in other bodies. And even if it were somehow tailored for Pentax in some manner (which I very much doubt given the Pentax claim of 13000 units per month) the noise will remain the same for the family/design. Granted the new 22bit ADC and processing may provide more natural and hence less offensive/noticeable noise but it will still be there (assuming RAW image capture, who knows what they have up their sleeve WRT in camera JPG NR).
