There's more than one way to skin this cat. The way I usually do it: 1. Browser to the location of the image. Right click on it, and open it up in your web browser. 2. Once the image loads in the browser, right-click on it, and select "Set as Desktop Background". There are other ways of doing it, but this one is pretty straightforward.
