I've pretty much decided to stick with 1GB and 2GB media (I've been using 1GB in my *ist D) just because at 70 to 71 RAW 6MP photos per GB, it's just too many to lose at once. And the one thing I really don't like about the SD cards is the size. They're a bit too small IMO and too easy to physically lose.
