I know Bob, but I have come to doubt that terrorists understand this thinking. I
begin to think that the old Romans or Arabs had the right idea. They took the
terrorists, their entire families, and their households and destroyed them.
The rules now are the rules of war, not the civilized wars we have had this century,
but the wars of old.
