My country has just been attacked and I'm operating on a visceral level at
the moment, so I'm not going to prolong this diatribe. But this much is
clear, we disagree on the appropriateness of any military retribution we
might undertake. That is fine, I can live with that.
However, if I may, I like to ask you to refrain from any bashing of
President Bush in this dark hours. We, Americans can and do disagree
philosophically with regards to politics. But historically, in a moment of
crisis, we unite under our leaders. Your snide remark regarding President
Bush is in poor taste, in my opinion, considering the moment.
I would leave it at that.
