Frank - yup - that's the one
You can attest to the difficulty of getting a decent shot of it given
how the door and sign are
recessed, etc -- one time when a flash worked. Also, it was getting on
to late afternoon and
the stuff around it was not any lighter than the entrance.

I actually wanted to do a Sign Language in color for this year but time
is flying.

I guess i have to confess I bought myself a birthday present (It is all
Godfrey's fault
because he had to go to B&H) a darkside slr - Eos Digi rebel (300D)

The price was right and the learning curve was lower - also, it is much
lighter weight
than the DL I bought and returned. I can actually hand hold it without
producing major shake.

Now I need to get a decent lens for it - the 18-55 it came with has some
drawbacks.

I need to pump a couple of darkside owners about a couple of things to
do with
Raw

I only have photoshop elements 2.0 it doesn't convert --
then I thought I had a conversion program but now I'm confused about it.

I'm confused about a lot, though, so what else is new?

I should have bribed Godfrey to stay over a night so I could pick his
techno brain .
