SD->CF you mean. They're subject to the same limitations as any other SD reading device ... if they have not been updated for SDHC, they'll give you no particular benefit for SDHC. And, the ones I have seem to top out at about [EMAIL PROTECTED] read transfer speed, well down from the SD card reader's [EMAIL PROTECTED] transfer rate.
