Haven't had access to the link, but see my reply to Cotty. About the Koyoto protocol. Everything involving taxes is provoking. I can understand your arguments. But generally I don't agree ;-)
I'm not too fond of paying taxes either. But, do you have any better solutions? I don't. Therefore, in lack of them, I accept the protocol.
