The device in question isn't a nuclear bomb. It's a tactical weapon that develops only a tiny fraction of the power unleashed by the bomb that was dropped on Hiroshima. Still, I would prefer that this type of weapon is never used. And I think we can assume that it never will be used unless it becomes absolutely necessary.
