Hi Mike, welcome to the list.  What part of Austin do you live in?  I used 
to live in the Round Rock area and then later the San Marcos area.  If you 
like landscape photos, have you ever been down to Big Bend?  The views are 
stunning.  Glad to hear you are happy with your new Pentax, you'll never 
turn back now :o)
