It would have to be at least the equiv of a 24Mp
bayer for you to be interested? Even a 3Mp true color foveon
is approx same as 12mp bayer, which is better
than pentax's best at this point...

Not unless they come up with a sensor with more than 3M photosites.

If they have 6M 3-colour photosites I'd be interested, though.
