Feroze - on the ezcube site they have their recommended fluorescent bulbs shown and compared to alternatives... If it were me I would rather have an always-on light so I can see the effects on the setup (rather than a flash or flashes which I can only evaluate by chimping.) People with more experience using flash probably don't need the same sort of feedback though...
