I've contacted Shel and he has given me permission to tally the results of his monitor poll of about a month ago (month and half? whatever).
It will take me a few days to get around to it, and I also want to include the variations people mentioned as much as possible. So I hope to post it by next Friday, Saturday, or Sunday night.
