Persons have rights granted by God or arising simply by human birth, 
whichever bois your water. Rights secured are liberty. Just governments are 
instituted among people deriving there powers from the consent of the people 
to secure these rights resulting in liberty. Governments have NO rights - 
only powers. Only people have rights. In the US, the document from the 
people granting specific powers to the government for the sake of liberty in 
called The Constitution. It's a great document, even allowing for amendment 
should times change and the need arise. I wish it was used here in the US.

There is no such thing as perfection, but striving toward it is still worthy 
human goal.

I guess that makes me a libertarian at heart.
