Thanks, Doug.  I grabbed one of the bulbs.  This is printed on the side: 
  "Lights of America 2215 S-N Self-Ballasted Lamp.  120~60Hz 15W 250mA 
(135)".  I'm pretty sure this is a Wal-Mart bulb.  HTH.

Thanks for the comments.  Unfortunately (or fortunately, depending on 
POV) I can't do anything about the presentation.  It's not my site.
