Maybe I'm the odd one out, but I still think submitting and voting in the Gallery is kinda fun. It's disappointing to have rejects because it feels like it's going for the balls of one's own creativity. When that happens, it may mean that photographic self esteem is too tightly bound to one particular online gallery. The Pentax one isn't really suitable for being that one particular gallery any more than photo.net or anywhere else.
