Well, Rebekah, that just depends... Last year Cotty and I set a standard for campground comfort by renting a motor home for the weekend. (He flew into DC and I flew into Charlotte, so there was a limit to how much gear we could carry--that was our excuse!) Cotty seems to have decided this was too decadent or compromised (note spelling) his rugged manly image or something, so he claims he'll be in a humble tent. So, you could bring a motor home and not be thought out of line.
On my way from Charlotte I stopped and bought two cases of =good= beer. There wasn't even a bottle cap left by Sunday noon. The food in the GFM restaurant has calories, but that's about all. Annsan cooked several of us a delicious breakfast Sunday. I also picked up some fruit and some packaged cheese, and was glad I had them. Alas, this year I'll be doing a highly compressed trip to Chicago for a conference (fly in Saturday morning, fly home Saturday night), and will be missing GFM. I -really- will miss it, though!
