That's no longer tea, my friend. Steeped leaves in HOT water, strong, is 'tea.' 
the other stuff is barely flavored hot water!

Of course, that's just MY opinion. But...if you want the taste of _real_ tea, 
you don't dilute it!

Might as well start a well-poured Guinness stout and dilute it half and half 
with U.S. Budweiser!
