It's not an Australian trate, take John Lenon, he dumpted his wife for Yoko NoNo(must have been stoned), so we can't pidgeon-hole them. I served alongside both Australian and New Zealand forces (ANZUK) in the seventies and had many good. friends, both married and single. Sure it was bad for PH to have left his wife of 30 years, but there is probably more to the story than told. Just a few thoughts.
