what's wrong with renting? i do, and i am not even "in the lower
segment". a friend of mine used to work as a mortgage broker in south
california a few years ago. i have know how those guys got into the
houses in the first place. if someone comes to you and offers a car
that you cannot afford to buy, but can pay monthly payment for 3
years, it's called lease and it's ok. if the same happens with houses,
for some reason people see it as a disaster. why no photo essay
"expiration of car leases" showing broken down, hard hit former SUV
owners?
