Right you are.."southeast" Iowa. I once had Google Earth installed and at that time, found that the Clarinda area had not been deemed significant enough for it to be displayed in focus. I wasn't surprised. Haven't reinstalled Google Earth since my hard drive crashed and I replaced my system about a year and a half ago. If in focus, see if they've installed that commemorative plaque on the Courthouse lawn. ;) Thanks!
