After reading this thread, I decided to put a roll of Tri-X in my Canon T90.
I just shot a teapot filled with hot tea and some knic-knacks on my kitchen
window ledge: I wanted to check the histogram, but it wasn't there; I
pressed the shutter halfway & the lens didn't focus, but I did get the
exposure readings; and I think later tonight I'll take some portraits of my
husband.
Prior to this, I haven't shot film for a long time.
