David, looks a very nice fire truck indeed, and I really wonder how high
went the price...
Went to a car auction some time ago, looking for a usable carcass to
re-new my ride, but came out empty handed - there is something evil that
possesses the audience and makes them keep raising the price again and
again...

Saw this on the web site for the auctioneer, thought it would be neat
to have. It is from the mid 1800's, so I'm told. Cast iron fire truck,
so to speak.
Thought i might pick it up for $30-50 dollars.
I was wrong.
Never go to auctions by ones self.
