With the R2400, the basic paper profiles were installed with the R2400
driver installation. Epson's premium profiles are available in
separately downloadable bundles: Glossy, Fine Art, Matte, and Canvas
groups.
I haven't seen an ICC for "Ultra Premium Glossy".

Try printing with the ICC profile for Ultra Premium Glossy and your
results might improve. Relative Colorimetric preserves more of the
original colors than does Perceptual. It's probably your best option.
