First day i did not walk to the bus, but drove the truck.

And it was uphill both ways...... ;+}

Years ago, when i first heard the statement, its a dry cold, i said ya right.
Not until i had experienced the winters in the city, to the north, did
i realize this statement is true.
Its the dam humidity around here that kills me.
-5C goes right to my bones, were as - 30C up north feels fine.

So this morning, my old thermometer said -30C, it felt warmer, so i
stuck my trusty digital one out the door. Just as i thought, only
-24.5 C.

All of the Stouffville buses started, but one, and it was not mine.:-0

Little rough at first, i could hear each cylinder fire up.:-)

First day i did not walk to the bus, but drove the truck.

I know, whimp/

Warm is a relative term. This area (Northern California's central valley) has overnight winter lows that can be in the mid to upper 20sF. Daytime highs in the low 40sF. Fog is a constant threat throughout the states central valley. When foggy, a daytime temp range may be something like a low of 41F and a high of 43F. Those temps, together with the virtual 100% humidity can be very unpleasant for one who doesn't own a version of a parka. :(
Summers..don't get me started!

Yeah, I'd second that on the spot. And it is getting
warmer and warmer by the year over this little part of the
third rock from the sun.
