That's very kind of you to say Christine. I can remember the feeling I got when I posted my first pic for folk to look at, I think it was in the days before PESO. It was a bit like launching a rocket - head down as you did the deed, then wait for the dust to clear to see what impact it had. Then one or two comments would return, and it was a thrill. I found the book to be such a landmark for us as a group, and the comments that i have seen since have (rightly) reflected well on its production, but few actual remarks as to the brilliance of the photographs inside it. I know how satisfying it is to receive praise, and so I thought I would put something back into the group. Not that I would lavish praise just for the sake of it - I truly believe that every picture deserves to be in that book. It's a real triumph of achievement when you think that it was put together by people sitting at computers in different parts of the world, out doing what they enjoy. Another small chapter in the evolution of the world wide web.
