...maybe they're willing to sell more lenses, so keep the bodies cheaper than they'd like... at least the extra stock already produced and not properly unloaded. How many lenses they sell for each extra camera??

New management often look for "those lenses are just wonderful and cheap" statements as clues they may charge double and the traffic will bear.

Disneyworld suffered massive price increases as Michael Eisner and friends got in charge. Visitor polls at the time of acquisition considered park tickets and meals "cheap considering the quality of services"... well, the cure is simple. Chaaarge more, they're paying.

Henrys has the D FA 50 2.8 at a $100 more than i paid for it last year.
They are also now taking order for the 60-250 f4, at $1900 Canadian.
