HDR. only when it's done well and doesn't end up looking like animea, then it 
ceases to be photography IMHO.

You shouldn't be worried, there is no loss of functionality.
Simply that feature will not work. Nothing bad, only good, even though
limited to some lenses.

In an interview, a Pentax rep said they had to change something in
already roadmapped lenses.
This is it (or part of it). Think MTF, it is provided by the lens, not
the body. Same here except previous DA/DFA lenses which settings will
be firmware based.

Oh, anybody likes HDR, by the way?
