Yes there are, but I would guess that a viewing solution would have to be software-based rather than simple switching. I have a large 7 inch LCD tv that has a menu selection of inputs for analogue TV, digital TV (Freeview in the UK), and AV (3.5mm jack input port). It works well, I just need something else much smaller.
