You watch yourself. Construction sites are far more dangerous than people think, and injuries are rarely trifling. An office worker might get a paper cut if not careful, a construction worker will lose a couple of fingers, or worse. Be really aware of what is above you. Things can go sideways really quickly and a couple of thousand pounds of out of control steel isn't pretty when it hits someone from a few stories up.
