Actually the prototypes had a full frame Philips 6MP chip. It would
have probably shipped just about the time Kodak announced their 14mp
and Canon their 11mp full frame SLRs. Contax persisted using the same
chip and look what it did for them.

Was that to be full frame? I know it was to use the Foveon (sp?) chip.
