My friends in NC tell me that part of the state was pretty much shut down today: They just don't have the snow removal equipment necessary for dealing with it. The storm's making its way up the coast and expected to hit Boston around midnight. We had a pretty nice day today - not *quite* as cold and windy as it has been for the past few days. I got in a 13 mile run this morning and managed a 7:20/mile pace so I must be getting some of my fitness back. I'm already training for GFM 2010.
