G'day all

Thanks to all who had a look. Thanks also for suggestions for the 2009
PDML book - it's made the selection task a bit easier.

I think.

Responding to a few specific questions/comments....

Jan:

> Pemberton ?

It's for climbing up!. There are three 'climbing trees' in the area and
there are lots of people who are mad enough to attempt all 75 metres.
The 'steps' are just lengths of steel rod hammerered into the trunk -
one slip and you can say goodbye to having any more kids...

No - you can still climb them, The only concession to safety are signs
saying that you shouldn't attempt the climb if you are afraid of
heights....

Me too. I should have had the tripod out for that one.

I thought about adding comments to the images - even started to do it.
But I wasn't happy with the way the JAlbum template displayed them. I
also thought about adding an icon that opened a pop-up map and/or
comment, but it all became a bit tedious. I'll have another think
about it for future galleries.

> Hey, we have 60 year old trains in Canada, too!

I don't think it's quite 60 but the Red Class sleepers were certainly
based on a design at least that old.

Yes - that was one of the real highlights of the trip. Being that close
to a bird of prey was wonderful. Anyone visiting the south west of Oz
*must* visit Eagles Heritage at Margaret River. It's just across the
road from a winery. Very convenient!

Come on down!

Thanks. I hadn't thought about them like that. 'Inside Australia'
competes with 'Eagles Heritage' for top highlight of the trip - had to
watch out for the march flies, though.

I think I've spent enough time on these. Time get out and take some
more photos!

> Well worth wading, Brian. Useless Loop sounds like it was a must-see

It was a photo op too good to pass up. The sign was just about the
right height above ground. Visiting Useless Loop, however, was a bit
beyond the capabilities of the Magna.

Thanks again, all.

Cheers
