That's what I've been doing... and with a calibrated screen here, the prints 
from CostCo look spot-on.

Beware, though, the option they have for "fast uploads" (or some similar name) 
- that's an option that basically compresses the hell out of your image before 
even uploading it.  It saves you time, if you never want to print larger than a 
4x6.
